Refund Policy
Effective 12 October 2026
This website is operated by Financial Metaverse Holdings (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/595523/07. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable South African law.
Current status
Payments are processed securely through Yoco’s hosted checkout page, and your order is confirmed only once we have verified a successful payment. The terms below apply to every order placed through this site.
Cancelling before delivery
If you change your mind before any digital content has been delivered to you, email contact@currencytocapital.com with your order reference and we will cancel your pre-order and refund the amount paid to your original payment method.
After digital delivery
Once digital content, such as the Capital Direction Blueprint workbook, has been delivered and made available to you, it cannot be returned, so a change-of-mind refund is generally not available for the delivered content. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with it.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged for a payment that did not complete, contact us and we will investigate with Yoco and refund any amount taken in error.
Faulty or inaccessible files
If a file is faulty, will not open or is not what was described, let us know. We will first try to fix the problem or provide a working copy; if we cannot, we will refund you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, any cooling-off rights that apply under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to ask
Email contact@currencytocapital.com with your name, order reference and a short description. Never send card numbers or banking passwords.
